The "Play Maker", Dorian Washington has been in charge of breaking songs such as "One Wish" by Ray J and "Still Tippin" by Mike Jones.  Washington has been in the music business for 15 years and has steadily built up a reputation as an astute talent scout and promoter.  At the initial stages of his career, Washington was managing platinum artists such as, 12 Gauge (2xPlatinum) & Freak Nasty (2 x Platinum).  Seeing a void in the world of artist promotion, Washington launched D Washington Marketing & Promotions successfully leading campaigns by artists like Lil Flip, Slim Thug, Ray J, Dru Hill, and TQ.   As Washington continued to have success, more and more clients came his way including, Universal, Def Jam, EMI, No Limit, and Blackground Records.  At this point there is no question that the name Dorian (Lil D) Washington carries heavy weight in the music industry.  Currently, 60% of all major urban releases utilize Washington's marketing and promotional expertise.  With all the success one could have, Washington was the natural selection to run the day to day business and be the visionary of Gracie Productions Urban Division.

Anthony Bucher founded Gracie Productions in 2004.  Anthony currently serves as the CEO and is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as setting the overall vision of the organization. 
Anthony is the co-founder of Bucher & Christian Consulting (B&C), an Information Technology (IT) company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and with offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Washington D.C. and St. Petersburg Russia.  An accomplished corporate strategist and visionary, Anthony co-founded the company in 1998 with no venture capital assistance and a vision of creating a regional consulting company focused on providing quality client service at a reasonable price.  Anthony’s expertise in business performance has helped B&C become the largest privately owned IT company in Indiana and the 3rd largest in the Midwest with 2007 revenues of $55 million and clients that include, but are not limited to, Eli Lilly, Proctor and Gamble, EDS, Sallie Mae, United States Department of Defense, and Allison Transmission.

Offering a rare blend of creative, entrepreneurial and operational strengths, Anthony has achieved exciting company growth for multiple organizations.  In addition, to B&C, Anthony was the CEO and Chairman of the Board of EZ Show Network (EZSN), a digital narrowcasting company that is a leading provider of Out of Home advertising solutions through its’ innovative in-store retail media network.  After purchasing EZSN, Anthony engineered a ten year exclusive contract with largest US-based educational bookstore chain, Follett Higher Education, along with advertising contracts with Adidas, Lions Gate and several media companies before successfully selling the organization to Atlanta based 3 Feet Media in 2008.  In addition, Anthony owns several commercial and residential properties which are operated under his property management group TSB Holdings.

Anthony received his BS in Business Management in 1995 from Purdue University.  In 2004 the Indianapolis Business Journal named Anthony as one of the exclusive Top 40 under 40 which recognizes the 40 top business people in Indiana under the age of 40.  In 2005 Anthony and his wife formed The Salem (Marley) Bucher Foundation, a non-profit organization, which currently provides food, shelter, and education for over 100 less fortunate families in Ethiopia.  Anthony lives with his wife and his daughter in Indianapolis.

Kunal Jerath joined Gracie Productions in January 2007 as Chairman.  In addition to his role at Gracie, Kunal serves as an advisor to small businesses in the areas of strategy, business development, operations, and finance.  Most recently, Kunal advised The Bookstore Network in its sale to 3 Feet Media.

Prior to joining Gracie, Kunal was a Partner and equity owner of Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A), a federal IT contractor based in McLean, VA..  Over the ten years Kunal was with B&A, annual revenues grew from $2M to over $80M during which time Kunal was responsible for approximately 40% of the revenue growth and doubling the employee base. 

From 2001-2006, Kunal focused on building an enterprise systems practice centered on enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and expanded B&A’s client base to include Fortune 500 companies, large systems integrators, and numerous federal government agencies.  The practice grew to annual revenues of more than $35 million through significant strategic alliances with IBM and SAP.  In 2004, Kunal captured a five year $60 million project with IBM to support NASA’s data center operations and SAP competency center and secured multiple IBM blanket purchase agreements both in the government and commercial sectors.  In 2006, Kunal helped capture a six year SAP initiative with IBM at the Department of Interior to modernize their financial systems.  Kunal also led the effort to become a preferred vendor with SAP Public Services as well as a SAP CSA Silver Level Partner in 2005. 

Kunal managed B&A’s corporate operations from 2005-2006, resolving corporate legal, financial, and HR issues, and directing new business development initiatives. Prior to joining B&A, Kunal was a Senior SAP Consultant at both Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and The Amber Group.  Kunal graduated with a BA honors degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in 1993.

Kunal is a former All-American tennis player, an avid golfer, and has co-founded The Jerath Foundation which supports charitable causes including providing access to education and promoting human rights.

Music has always been a big part of Dana Marshall's life.  He started his 15 year radio career in Kalamazoo, MI as a senior in high school.  Dana traveled the country working on air in Fort Myers, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, South Bend and more.

Now as V.P. of Gracie Productions Marshall over sees viral marketing, grass roots fan promotions, radio promotions and getting Starbucks for Tony.
